Daniel proudly served our country in the United States Army before pursuing a career in professional diving.
Military service taught him that excellence isn’t something you turn on when people are watching, it’s a habit. It instilled discipline, accountability, precision, humility, and the understanding that every job, no matter how large or small, deserves your absolute best effort.
Be sure to ask him about the time he spent dutifully sweeping parking lots.
Professional diving reinforced those same principles. Beneath the surface, there are no shortcuts. Success depends on preparation, attention to detail, calm decision-making, and doing every task thoroughly the first time.
Those lessons became the foundation of Signature Hull & Seawall and continue to guide every dive we make today.

Jennifer manages the day-to-day operations of Signature Hull & Seawall while also managing what matters most… our family.
From scheduling and customer communication to bookkeeping, logistics, and planning, she keeps the business moving forward while homeschooling our children and making sure home remains the center of everything we do.
Like most family businesses, there isn’t a clean line between work and home. Conversations around the dinner table become conversations about customers. Weekend plans revolve around weather forecasts and dive schedules. Every accomplishment belongs to the whole family because every member sacrifices to make it possible.
Around here, “family-owned” isn’t a marketing phrase. It’s quite literally how the business gets done.
WHAT SHAPED US MOST
Life Changed the Way We Define Success.
The greatest lessons we’ve ever learned haven’t come from military service, professional diving, or entrepreneurship.
They’ve come from our daughter.
Our daughter has special needs, and she has forever changed the way we define success. She has taught us that progress isn’t always measured in giant milestones. Sometimes success is found in celebrating the smallest victories. Sometimes it means slowing down. Sometimes it means changing the plan entirely.
She has taught us patience when life doesn’t unfold according to our expectations, resilience during seasons that felt overwhelming, compassion for challenges others may never see, and the immeasurable value of simply showing up for the people who depend on you.
Those aren’t lessons learned in business seminars or leadership books. They’re learned through countless early mornings, late nights, hospital stays, difficult days, joyful victories, and unwavering love.
Those lessons have shaped who we are far more than any professional achievement ever could.
